Ok well I made a big booboo and broke my XBMC by uploading a new version via FTP, deleting the old version and not updating default.xbe on the location of the new version.

Anyway so now that XBMC doesn't load...I can't ftp to change the default.xbe file.

Is there anyway I can fix it? I'm using the EvoX chip.

Cant say i know what the evox chip is or that i know what bios its running but i cant see why putting in the AID disk and running the XBMC dash install wouldn't fix it.
