First I want to say I am sorry if this post is in the wrong section, I am not sure if it goes under auto installer or the other one for soft mods.....
Here is what I am dealing with:
I had a soft-mod xbox with Slayers installed. I noticed that XBMC was not there or out of date, so I downladed T3CH XBMC to my computer, i transfered to my xbox under E:/XBMC. My xbox was running from the folder E:/Dash to start off with....
I then executed the default.xbe in the E:/XBMC, then copied the E:/Dash to my computer before deleting, then renaming E:/XBMC to E:/Dash
Right now it starts up no problems with T3CH dashboard i guess its called, but when I goto my file manager I see doubles of everything, seems there are things not working such as some patch not correctly there, which dont make sence because i even backed everything up and copied my origional user data to the newly installed XBMC.
My question is this...if I download the Auto Installer Delux, is there a way I can reinstall this mod completly seeing I already have FTP access to my drive sucessfully, or will I require to do another method? Seeing it was origionaly using Slayers I would like to install using XBMC, I dont have the origonal xbox games which are used for loading a linux kernel, I figure seeing I already have FTP access thats one step I should be able to avoid? Or will I be required to download Softmod Installer Delux....
Any help is great! I am new to modding, but am very familiar with the technical things when it comes to backing up, FTP, and what not. But when it comes to installing on the xbox I have no idea, this was done for me about 3 years ago

Welcome to the XBOX-HQ, we hope you enjoy this and all the other HQ sites we have to offer.
You will have that with the XBMC install some times just go to the second or copy of each drive (like if you got two C drives) highlight the second one in the list and hit the white button and select remove source and you will be good to go.
