I cant say why your PC wont open the site unless you blocked it in your settings some how.
If you set up the acount on your work pc you just need the kai software to play not the site.
You running XP or vista?

If you allready set up the acount then i can PM you the download to put kai onthe pc and all you wold need to do is set it up on your pc and you wont need to get on the site.
