ok, could someone tell me what a trainer is and how it works.
ive never looked up this information.

Basically, trainers are cheats.
You copy them onto the Xbox and turn them on or off. For the game they relate to, they may have cheats that you can enable/disable, such as inf health or infinte ammo etc.
They're called trainers, because they are supposed to help you learn, get to grips with the game. But whatever way you swing it, they'll fundamentally cheats!

Personaly, I think trainers dont teach you $%&^... but hey, as long as your not using them on online multiplayer I wont judge. But if you are _________________

I don't really see the point of trainers, certainly not if your playing through a game for the first time. You get used to being immortal and that my friends, teaches you to be overconfident. A sure way to get yourself killed when the trainers come off!

Trainers are a grate way to make a game you have beat 1000 times over fun again, i was done with GTA SanAn beat the hell out of that game put it up for a year or two then i found the trainer and boom all out fun and killing , im hooked again.
But bongripz has got the main point down, keep the trainers for single player we dont need that crap in the online play.
Thank God that xbmc's new svn build has added a block that will let you use kai or the trainers but not both at the same time, i hope this becomes a standerd add on to all dash's and we can phaze out the goons and skill lacking puds that think for some reason that online play is fun when you cant lose.
