I think you should check Ebay. Luckily the 1.2-1.5 PSUs are the cheapest on Ebay I think.

Yeah it is a 1.2-1.5 PSU that is what you need.

The Xbox version is either a 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 or a 1.5. with out the serial number there is really noway to tell. but a power supply for either of those versions will do. that is why I said 1.2-1.5

to work as a new hard drive in my new xbox my old xbox is fried the power supply does not work so i have to buy a new one. i need to know how to format it so it will be ready for my new xbox when i buy it and after i softmod a new one.
