Namco Bandai Games announces Soul Calibur V Guest Character, Collector's Edition Box Set and official North American launch date.


Leading video game publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. and Ubisoft Entertainment today announced that Ezio Auditore from the critically acclaimed Assassin’s Creed series will be a playable guest character in SOUL CALIBUR V for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. This monumental collaboration will let players control Ezio and his wide range of assassination tools including a Roman Longsword, Stiletto, Crossbow, Hidden Gun and his trademark Hidden Blade. SOULCALIBUR V delivers exhilarating 3D fighting mechanics, breathtaking visuals, and new characters, as well as expanding the online and character creation modes. SOULCALIBUR V is poised to become the preeminent fighting game experience when it launches on January 31, 2012 for North America.

SOULCALIBUR V will ship with a Collector’s Edition which includes a music CD, making-of video content, hardcover art book and the Dark Knight and White Knight downloadable armor sets for Character Creation Mode.

SOUL CALIBUR V will be released on January 31 in North America.
