Alright, I finaly got around to spending some time fixing the network, so thats all good now.
I D/Led and installed Kai, and also joined up on the xlink website, so I thought I was all ready to go.
However, when i try to run Kai on the PC, weather its the config app, or kai itself, it looks like its goona start, then simply says 'kaiLaunch' "the download failed". When i close the popup, nothing happens
So if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!!
Thanks,

turn off your firewalls temporarily.
You xbox has to have ip address on the same network as your pc.
And you need to fill in XBMC Xlink Kai server info like explained above.

yes it did help, thanks, now I can see firends and games on XBMC, but for some reason, when I select a halo 2 game I want to join from XBMC, right before it boots up halo 2, they show a box that says something, but i cant see it, cause it pop up anhd then the screen flickers and halo 2 boots up, and then when I go to system link within halo 2, they show no games....whats wrong? _________________

it depends on what HALO version you are using. Is it PAL or NTSC.
If it is PAL you can only play other users running PAL games.
If its NTSC same goes.
Some games like rallisport 2 and forza motorsport it doesnt matter.
But thats what i found.
Maybe try starting your own game and see if others can connect.
ok, I found out the problem, it was my computer, it connects to my router wirelessly, so i had to use my other pc downstairs that is connecteds to the router with a wire, and now...IT WORKS!!!! I see games!!! they flash up and then disappear, then I have to re-enter looking for games to see them again, but thats cool, I was just playing team shotguns with brute shots and pistols, team slayer to 250, my team won, I came in first place with 48 kills!!!! best part...THERE WAS NO LAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks man, we need to meet up sometime and I think we should start a clan for our community. _________________
