FTP the X3 chip like you do with any other dash but the pass and user name is (X3) once you have FTPed the chip unpack the AID ISO and transfer it to the xbox HDD then launch it with the X3 file manager.

My computer gives me an error when I unpack the ISO. Additionally I can't see any files on the DVD that I burned...or the cdrw...or the cdr...

Well I don't knwo how or why but I connected my original xbox hard drive, booted to that. Disconnected it and put the blank one back in and tried to boot to the AID disk and it worked. Have the whole thing setup with XBMC now. No clue how to use it but I'm on my way. How do I eject the disk drive from here? Is it possible? I have to boot to the flash thing every time just to get the drive open. Seems strange. Thanks again.

Your PC cant read an XISO thats why the disk looks blank and to eject the disk tray go to the XBMC file manager and hit the white or black button(don't recall which one) and select eject.

As long as your xbox is not a 1.6 use the x3.3294.bin BIOS and set the switches to on on off off.
