FTP it onto the drive how? What is there to FTP with?
Ok i could have my pc hdd hooked up as a master then my new xboxhdd hoked up as a slave drive then ftp the files from my stock xbox hdd to my new xbox hdd then put the hdd in the xbox?

i upgrade my hd and it works but some games that i really want to play wont work like halo 2, counter strike, conker live and reload. i cant play xbox live games can any one help me plez. thanks

I don't think you quite understand how FTP works, but no, this method will not work. You will have to follow the options I outlined above. _________________
i already stated my problem since the first post, i burned the iso i created from xboxhdm and when i have my brand new hdd hooked up as a master drive trying to install it, on the first screen i press "1" and then it just sits there and does nothing. Just a black screen.

Have you tried a different PC? Have you tried choosing one of the other options to see if you get video there? _________________
