Because I've seen it done with nearly everything I've made that's why.
It's not just one ISO, the BIOS-CD pack contains multiple ISOs with all different BIOS types. The package itself is around 10-15mb from memory, its been a while since I've worried about that.

Yep they are available in AID 2.11. I think I might've even updated hte BIOS CD Pack to v2.02 but can't remember for sure.

I think Da-goat is handling US payments, however, since AMEX charges per transaction and since this is the only AMEX I've heard of, I doubt he's set up to accept it.
Can't hurt to ask though, I'd be happy if I was wrong (this time )
