For starters:
You wont be able to read normal CDR's unless you have a SAMSUNG XBOX DVD ROM DRIVE!! Im guessing but i bet you dont have a SAMSUNG DVDROM DRIVE in your xbox.
So you will need to burn to CDRW..
If you still cant get your bios flashed from these CDRW's try another brand.
