Hiya
Did you pay for a chip cos you have a softmod, it means they just re-write your exisitng bios.
The xecuter2 part is the bios they put on there. as for your problem I would try copying a new game the HD and trying that first, then I would check evox.ini then I would re-install evox.
There is prob a proper fix for this, but don't know as never come accross it, have the games worked before?

Man, I am seeing way too much of this. People thinking they have a mod chip and they don't. This is a shame. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with having a softmod / TSOP flash, it's just I hate the thought of people getting ripped off.
Another reason you should always get refs before you use someones service.
I am going to transfer this to the softmod forum and hopefully someone can get you an answer.

In my opinion, a TSOP flash shouldn't be considered a softmod, because you basically turn the onboard TSOP chip into your own modchip. But anyways, this doesn't seem like a softmod problem, more along the lines of a evox issue. First to reinstall evox, you will need to find out where you have evox on your harddrive, possibly c:\evoxdash.xbe Just ftp in and see if you can find anything like that. Second, you would need to download the newest version, then just ftp over the included files, making sure that you rename the dashboard to the same name as what you have now. Will no game work? original or backup? Or will some games work and others not? What media are you using? _________________
