You see sometimes when im burning games some
of them dont work and instead of auto luanch the game
the Xbox luanches the dashboard! and says that the
disc is damaged im sure im not the only one that it happend to..
well how can i make the games work??
exm. for games that arent working:

ssx3
(i got a reguler dvd burner i burned those game on a reguler dvd-r)

well i dont have a mod, but from what ive been reading, the problem could be using dvd-r's for games...a lot of people recommend +r's.
i have no idea if your problem is as simple as that, but i wanted to reply after viewing your post, so u didnt freak out again.

Either your burns are bad or your laser in your DVD rom drive is getting weak...
Just because six people look at your problem doesn't mean all six know your issue. You gave it two friggin hours for f#&@ sake.
If you want quicker answers, become a VIP member and submit tickets..otherwise...chill out and let the post run it's course.
I have both games that you have mentioned burned to media and they are working fine for me. Your problem isn't in regard to the particular game...it's in regard to the disk/burn itself.
Also, next time how about giving some more information to help people actually troubleshoot for you. For instance, are these downloaded backups? Are they backups from original games? What are you using to back up? PxHDD Loader, DVD2Xbox? What versions? What DVD Rom drive do you have in your xbox? Thompson? Phillips? Samsung? You'll have that sometimes, other times it may take awhile for someone to respond to you.
I have used other forums too. I never get replies though....never! It's strange. And, I know I am not asking earth shattering questions too. You'd think I was asking the square root of infinity or something.
I have a feeling PorscheXboxster is going to answer that...HA. He's been a little quiet with the wisecracks as of late.
