I was wondering if anyone could please help me! I have recently uninstalled a soft modded dashboard and wanted to install a dual boot soft mod using evox and the ms dash. I installed both parts ,but when I power on the system using the power button it shows the regular Xbox boot screen, but then the screen goes black. the led turns orange, and it replays that boot screen. It keeps doing this! How can I just get the MS dash again? Also I re installed the exploit splinter cell files, but it does not allow me to access the soft mod menu.

It sounds as if you've lost your main dash but, and this is assuming a lot, with the orange LED the actual softmod is still present and working. This means you should be able to boot a rescue disc and be able to fix this. If not then the rest of this is probably redundant.
There are plenty of alternative rescue or reinstall disc options available. If the Splinter Cell exploit and original installer game saves are on the HDD then you might even be able to cold boot the game disc and get to the installer dash which will allow FTP access.
But the first stop generally recommended is HeXEn (Heimdall's Xbox Engineering disc). Burn it to DVD-R at slowest supported speed and try that out to replace whatever is broken in your softmod. If you haven't got an eeprom backup on external media/PC then make that your first priority before doing anything.
HeXEn, if used to upgrade your softmod, is designed to replace every system file with fresh, clean stock files. It will install Shadow C protection by default too. That means everything, softmod dash and MS dash, should work afterwards as it is supposed to and will be as well protected from mistakes and other problems as it can be.
I'm loathe to give any specific advice but a dual boot EvoX/MS dash is a poor choice/unnecessary. Install UnleashX or XBMC ie. dashes with good file managers as your main dash and access the MS dash from their menus. With UnleashX you can even put in controller/remote button shortcuts to the MS dash or any other .xbe on your Xbox.
