anyone out there owning a badass goped? i got the goped sport with the CY23RC engine and idk what the carb is but its a 2 stage its acting up and thinking about ordering a new engine _________________ xbox AID 4.10 80GB WD

more than likely you just need a carb rebuild kit, small engines act up when they start sucking too much air. Just order a new filter and Carb rebuild kit and that will more than likely fix the issue.
Carb rebuild kits are cheaper than buying a new engine.
Another thing to check is your spark plug, take it out and then connect it to the coil and rest it on the engine block to ground it and see if its sparking properly by pulling it over a few times.
If it dont spark normally then replace the plug and test again and go from there. _________________

i tried the spark plug and its good and clean i even pulled my exhaust off the check the piston so your most likely correct with the carb. lol Im just having trouble on deciding which new carb i want. they are really cheap but different specs. some for power some for speed like the 668 dual carb has both specs _________________ xbox AID 4.10 80GB WD

Just keep in mind if you put a bigger carb on could lead to engine failure, small engines maybe tough but not that tough to handle more than what they were designed to handle.
And the last thing you want to happen is blow the piston out the side of the motor lol _________________
