Hey guys,

I just wanted to start out by saying that I'm sorry I've been away for so long. I know when I was here last, I was having a sort of fall out which I am not so proud about. There were many personal issues that lead to what happened but now that most of those are taken care of, I want to make sure to take care of any issues I have left here on Xbox-HQ. I had alot of customers that never received their items when I left and I've done my best to make sure that EVERY SINGLE PERSON has been compensated, but I need to make sure for a moral standpoint that EVERYONE is happy.

What I am asking is that if ANYONE one here has ever done business with me and was/is not happy about it, please repost it here or let me know in some way.

I try not to get into personal issues so much, but will, if needed, explain what events had occured that led me to where I am today.

Please, don't post hate flames if any of you on here are still unhappy, just simply post a reply with what the issue is and I PROMISE I can take care of it in a professional mannor. If I owe anyone parts, money, or anything, please let me know so I can resolve these issues.

Only thing I never got from you was the controller port LEDS that were suppose to be installed in my box. I have moved since you last contacted me.
