I installed the mod chip and everything was working fine. I had the cromwell screen up and waiting to be flashed. When I flashed the mod the xbox shut down automatically. I thought this was correct. When I restarted the xbox it turns on and off three times. Then nothing but a blank screen. I belive I made the bios cd with the wrong bios or I did not set it up correctly. I flashed the bios on bank one, but no matter which bank I have the mod chip on the xbox stays blank. I used "cromwell-2.26", but I just got "Xecuter 4983.67 bios cd". I'm just preying that I did not frag my mod. I was wondering if anybody knew how to fix this. I could realy use the help. Thanks

Dont worry mate we have plenty of experienced members here that will stick their heads in and help you.. Realmccloy is quite good with xecutors now and our expert 'Connor2k' is only a PM (private message) away.
Feel free to contact any of our members via PM..
My suggestion:
Normally when your xecuter cromwell bios screen does not come up anymore then you have to buy a xecuter programmer and manually flash the modchip using your pc.. (its always good to have a programmer anyway and they are cheap)..
Hopefully you will find a working bios on another bank..
Sounds like you are nearly there too.. Once you flash you bios i suggest using the XBOXHQ AUTO INSTALLER (in the vip downloads) to install your evox dashboard, XBMC (xbox media center) and all the apps automatically for you..
Theres heaps of info around the site so start reading.. We even have a PDF tutorial/walkthrough with screenshots of the procedure..
Anyway, im sure you will get it sorted very soon..

I will try that. I'm a newwbie as you can read. I will update my post once I reflash my mod. You are right, I was really close just rushed it. Thanks again.
