Hello guys, long time since i've came to this site... it's like going to te doctor.. i only come here when my xbox is sick:P
So yeah i accidentally plugged it into a 220V outlet (dont ask how, cuz i still feel pretty stupid about it.. late at night..etc.), anyways, i heard it go boom* and smoke came out the sides... i just managed to open it. There's this blue circular thing right behind where the power plug is attached. This part and the fuse( which looks black inside) are the only parts i can say for sure which are burnt, because almost half of the circular thing is melted and chared. Just so you know, when i turned the xbox on.. i saw the dashboard on the screen b4 everything went black and the xbox blew up. anyways, any help on ths would be great, and i dont really have much time to do this cuz of school.. i only want to fix it so that i could sell it or waste some time on it on the weekends. i also have a x2.6 chip i would like to sell... got my xbox soft modded, cuz of some problem i had, but the chip is in perfict working condition.
anyways, thanks for the help in advance:)

Its safer that you change out the whole board, the circuity could be weak now. _________________
