Ok I need to edit my bios file I guess to point the xbox to look for XBMC dash in F and not C...plus heck if I am doing this I might as well change the logo color and stuff during boot up. what files do I need to change to make this happen??

Ok I think I have to use this xbtool but is that on the xbox or PC.

Yup I don't have a PC...but was able to find a buddy that did. Thank you too BTW I wanted to give it a shot instead of just having you do it for me. thanks again for the great help
