Hi,
Its pretty simple. First you need to get the XBMC Shortcut maker. Just google, or maybe its here. Once you have that, use the program to make a shortcut to wherever your XBMC folder is (mine for example is F:\Apps\XBMC. Name the shortcut whatever your default dash is called on your C: (mine is evoxdash.xbe). So now you have a "shortcut" that points to your XBMC folder. FTP into your XBOX, rename your existing default dash XBE file to say *****old.xbe (mine is evoxdashold.xbe) and FTP the new shortcut to the C:. That should be it.
So in point form:
1) Download shortcut tool
2) Create short pointing to XBMC folder
3) Name shortcut whatever existing dash is now (evoxdash.xbe for ex)
4) FTP into XBOX and rename dash file in case you need it again
5) Upload your new XBE shortcut file
6) Reboot your XBOX!!
Now in the future to upgrade XBMC, all you have to do is replace your XBMC folder.

Also, once you have XBMC setup the way you want it, take a copy of you userdata folder and keep it on your PC. It has all you customized stuff stored in there (rss feeds, weather, shares, etc) Next time you upgrade XBMC, just pop that userdata folder over and you won't have to go through setting up everything again.

You can alternately use the AID3.4 disc to install XBMC over top of whatever dash your using now. So if unleashX boots from E:, just install xbmc to E:\ and your good to go. _________________
