I've never really been big on sports games for any gaming system or even the pc. But I got my hands on the NHL and it's hot stuff. I also have now obtained the NFL but haven't played it yet. Contemplating even sniffing the Nascar game. Has anyone played any of the 06 games from EA Sports and if so, what do you think of them? Just curious. Have a favorite?

I'm currently playin Madden 06, on my 2nd season in franchise mode. Never was a big fan of madden before, always played 2k series. But they really added alot of new features in this years Madden. You can say im stuck on it right now, played it ever since i got it a few months ago.
Played NCAA 06 too, once...lol. Not good to me, maybe i just need to try it some more, but i doubt it after been playin Madden. Been wanting to try NHL though, (one of these days). Dont know much about hocky, but played them back in the NES days.

Hmmmm... suddenly I find myself (as of late last night) in possession of the 2k6 NHL game too. Saw just a touch of it. The graphics for the Sharktank aren't as accurate as EA Sports has it but it looks like I might be able to send people sprawing even better than I do now with NHL 06.
Last night though it was Sharks vs Canuks and I boarded a dude so hard that his head hit and went through the glass above the floor boards.
Damn I wish I could have seen a replay on it, it was just vicious!!

Hi Shark
i have just got Tiger Woods 06 and FIFA 06 also have NHL 06 and Nacscar 06
Think they are all fantastic
But tiger woods golf the putting has gotten harder and the face design isnt as good.............
Fifa 06 is much harder than 05 .... got my butt kicked lol
NHL was a lot better in 05 also (my opinion )
