How can I edit the menu entries? Meaning changing FCE to Nintendo, etc.?

If your using UnleashX or have accsses to it,

In the file manager there is an option to rename xbe title.

I use this quite alot myself and is quite fun editing friends stuff when their not looking Twisted Evil
