A download for the default.xbe so I can just ftp it or 3. Have to use bluemsxbox_v8 to play games.. Thanks in advance for any help.
I've put pic of error message or missing.

You'll have to explain more about what, exactly, you are trying to launch on the Xbox.
Each specific app, emulator, Xbox game, homebrew game etc will only launch from your main dashboard menu if there is a "default.xbe" in its folder. Its like a Windows .exe, in essence the Xbox's executable file format.
There is no one XBE the "default.xbe" is unique to that app, emulator etc. even though the file name used is the same. The actual XBE name, the name which those default.xbe files display in the main dash menu, usually tells you what it is although that can sometimes be unhelpful.
FYI:-
If you're using the UnleashX dash go to the file manager and find an unimportant app's XBE file. It doesn't have to be default.xbe any XBE will do. Highlight it and then press the WHITE controller button to display the context menu. Scroll down through the menu and you should see three items that are normally greyed out: one of those will be "Rename XBE".
Click on that and a virtual keyboard will appear showing the actual XBE name. Do not mess with it now but it is useful to know you can edit this to whatever you want. However the file name must always remain the same eg. "default.xbe" or the app or whatever will not launch from the main menu.
I'm telling you this because it is most likely that whatever it is you've been trying to launch has had that file mistakenly renamed or, even more likely, whatever you have installed is double packed ie. a folder within a folder.
These may display in the menu but when you try to launch them it tries to use a specific path eg. E:\Emulators\Surreal64\default.xbe but because they been accidentally double packed their real path is E:\Emulators\Surreal64\Surreal64\default.xbe or something like that.
So what you need to do is find the emulator's folder you're trying to launch and use the file manager to check if it has been double packed and if there is a "default.xbe" file amongst its contents.
If the "default.xbe" is actually missing then either it was missing from the original download or it failed to transfer during FTP to the Xbox. The latter is the most likely explanation.

The ones I'm looking at are xbox og game / carousel which is picture above I've got the msx logo on the carousel but still don't find game files which are
F:\Apps\Xbmc-Emustation\emustation\Roms\msx\Aeon Flux
Then I can see the default.xbe
Hope this helps.

I've no knowledge of XBMC Emustation beyond what I've read and seen in the YT videos. I note that Rocky5 has been involved in updating(?) it fairly recently. I'd always trust his advice and YT videos for anything Xbox related.
kaos_engr who sometimes posts here, appears to have good knowledge about such matters too so if you can contact him you'll get more help than I can provide.

your emulators and roms should be put into f drive under emulators folder then it should see it and then you can set your roms path in the emulators. _________________ The one the only Scarface!!

Got them in F but when I scan for the xbox games keeps giving me the missing default. xbe in directory error don't know if there is a launcher or if the xbox Roms need to go in the emulator folder like jag 64 and surreal
I got it working for now but if you can point me in the right direction.
Do I need a emulator for xbox emulator folder which I assume I have to make as there not one that say xbox in emu's or Roms.
Thanks in advance for your help with this.

I'm trying t understand the problem but I think there is some misunderstanding, at least in the terms being used.
It sounds like you want to be able to launch original Xbox games like Halo, PDO, Riddick etc using XBMC Emustation. Is that correct?
You have either FTPed or ripped the games from their original discs (using DVD2Xbox?) and they're somewhere on your F:\drive. But where? F:\Games?
As said, I do not know XBMC Emustation but my guess is that to do this you'll have to set a custom path to wherever your Xbox games are located.
The relevant part of that YT video seems to be the last section on custom ROMs paths. I'll see if I can find out more because the YT videos understandably concentrate on the emulators XBMC Emustation supports not how to set it up to launch Xbox games.
There is more info on this XBMC Emustation update video about Xbox games but still doesn't make it clear where the games should be and how to scan them in.
BTW the Xbox menu entry shown in the XBMC Emustation menu is not an emulator. There is no fully functional Xbox emulator for any platform and in any case what would be the point of a Xbox emulator when you're actually using a Xbox? It is simply a 'front end' for launching Xbox games.

your folder layout should look like this make the following folders
Games
Emulators
then put the emulators with the roms for each one like n64 nes and others into the emulator folder you must have a emulator for the games you trying to play them on so n64 you neeed the n64 emulator and you put the roms in the same N64 emulator folder and this folder is all in the Emulators folder on the f drive
same goes with the Games folder put all your xbox games into the Games folder
if this is done you should be able to see everything then otherwise xbmc4gamers is a lot easier to work with and has artwork that can be downloaded and installed within xbmc so hope this helps _________________ The one the only Scarface!!

There is no emulator to run Xbox games on an Xbox.
The games go into either E:\Games\<game subfolder name>\, F:\Games\<game subfolder name>\, or G:\Games\<game subfolder name>\
Aeon Flux content for example into F:\Games\Aeon Flux\
BlueMSX is an MSX hybrid computer/game console emulator for the Xbox.
You'd place MSX game ROMs into it's ROM folder, not original Xbox games.
