how is a skin applied to xbmc? is it as easy as just ftping a folder to the correct location on your xbox?

ive never done any skinning...just used the ones that were already on there.

thanks guys. i think vision is part of the new xbmc thats in the 4.01 installer...ill probably just re-install the dash.
