Hey all, I have a brand new (New in Box) SONY Dual Layer DVD Burner. This was a gift, but I just popped in a lightscribe so absolutely have no use for this burner.
Here are the specs:
Sony's newest DVD burner incorporates DVD-RAM recording, creating a true DVD Multi drive. DVD+R Double/Dual Layer burning and standard dual format 4.7GB DVD burning is supported at 16X max. Double Layer and Dual Layer Recording speed is 8X max. DVD+RW speeds are 8X max for DVD+RW and 6X max for DVD-RW respectively. DVD-RAM recording is supported at 5X max. Ultra fast 48X max CD-R burning and 32X max. means you no longer need a separate CD Burner for high performance CD burning.

To anyone else asking, I am figuring around $64 shipped which is shipping via fedex with full insurance.
Pson, since you can just come by and pick up, $54 for you. Anyone else in the Pittsburgh area would get the same deal.
I have seen this drive online for over 80.00, but it looks like there is a 21.00 rebate with some providers. I dont know if that rebate is still good, but I will only ask the lower price anyway as thats about what was paid for it before it was given to me. _________________ Xbox 1.4

Just an added note. I just looked at the box and it has a picture of two face plates, black and tan I think. It says interchangable. I dont know if that means it comes with both as I didnt open the box, but it sure sounds like it. _________________ Xbox 1.4
