I've looked at every Xenium SP Gold tutorial out there and can find nothing that looks similar to mine...I'm using a 1.1 Xbox...here is a picture of what I'm having troubles with....
This thing...what is it? AN adapter for 1.6 or is it needed for all versions?
Where do these wires go?
I have this thing called a "template...but it doesn't fit anywhere...
This is what I have done so far.....
Any help would be appreciated...I'm getting very frustarated with all of this....thanks....

That's the SP adaptor and template for 1.6 boards. You don't need it for v1.0-v1.5 _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

Yep, you got it. Just lay the chip on top of the adapter you put on the board. Then you need to flash a bios into the chip and use AID to install the apps. The second adapter is indeed for a v1.6 xbox. _________________

Ok.....thanks alot guys......just have a few more questions...thanks for being so helpful here...everywhere else I post refuses to answer me saying that I should have figured this all out before I ordered it...I just don't wanna screw anything up...thanks again......
Ok....the LPC is filled with solder.....do I have to un-solder it or can I just put the black piece onto the motherboard and secure it in place?
Also....when I tired turning on the Xbox....I got the service message with code number "05"...which I beleive to be "HDD is locked"....I installed a new 120 GB HDD...what do I do to unlock it?
Once again...thanks for all of your help....!

Error 5 means you HDD is Unlocked, it's doing that because you changed the HDD before completing the mod, so there's no M$ dash on it.Just lay the solderless adapter on top of the solder. If you look closely at it you'll see that the pins will make contact just fine. Lay the chip on top of the adapter, put the HDD and DVD drive back on and turn on your xbox. You should see the Xenium OS screen.
Once you see that you're half way there. You need to put the old HDD back in. It already has all the default files in it. flash the chip and install AID. Then you are done.
Then use the HDD upgrade wizard to upgrade the HDD. _________________

Did you connect the d0 wire to the right hole? I'm on AIM right now. Login and look for me. _________________

Hey...I loaded up the new HDD and evox was installed with 3 skins...and some programs.....I know what two of them are but not these others...
Code:
The ones I know:
DVD-X2 Dongle Free DVD-Player
dvd2xbox
The ones I don't know:
boXplorer (G-patched)
Px HDD Loader
XBxopy
Xbox Media Center
xToolBox
Can anyone give me a description of what those programs are?
Also...when I tried to copy Halo 2 to my HDD using dvd2xbox, it said I only had around 4700MB of free space on me E;.....it won't let me change the destination to my C: drive.....what do I do to put games on here then?

You should be able to put the games under F:games,
Xbox media center is what we all love. It allows you to stream music connect to your PC and pull pics/music from your pc. You can also view any saved movies through it.
HDD Loader is similar to dvd2xbox. I would continue to use dvd2xbox. Don't worry about the others _________________

Ok..got it to work now....
One last thing...I promise....
Ok....I have everything installed and it all works great when I load up X2 from the menu....but when I select "Retail Kernal-A" the xbox shuts off like it's supposed to, reboots to the xbox logo...this is where it gets weird....the word Microsoft appears under the logo for a split second...then the xbox reboots again....it keeps repeating this process over and over and I can't load the original dash....
