do i have to make a bootable disc if so then what programs do i have to start out with to put on the disc?

Your question is a little vague. I am not sure what you are trying to do. I am assuming that you just chipped your xbox with a X23 lite and you now want to flash it and add apps and a hacked dashboard to your machine, is that correct?

Repost and be a little more specific and I am sure we'll point you in the correct direction. Also, give us some info on your system. What size HD, what version xbox.
