It should be cd compatible as well. At one point, I remember a small file that had to be included allowing the cd to work. That of course was fixed long ago. I used a dvd myself but cd would indeed work. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

The better question would be does your DVD drive in your Xbox read CDRW's...
I personally only use DVD-R disks as my success rate is near 100% _________________ Good Deals: Death@Hand, funkydopenloven, StaticMind, Slamscaper, PorscheXboxter

Soz to bring this old thread up, but I am in the same sittuation as you were.
I too have a Samsung DVD drive.
And I'm having problems booting AID using these Media [ CD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW]. I haven't tried DVD-R because I haven't got any atm...
What and how did you burn AID 2.11F and what Media did you use?
Thanks

I use Sony DVD-R. And if all fails, a handheld torch works pretty good too. _________________
