Hi, i just got my new modded xbox with EvolutionX. I was wondering how exactly do i add new games. I have the program FlashFXP. I know how to use it and how to connect to my XBox.

2. I've heard you can't play with a modded XBox unless the dashboard is on a CD-Rom. Is that true? My EvolutionX dashboard is on the harddrive. If it is true, how do i turn off my modchip so that i can turn it on whenever i want to? I don't want to keep opening up my XBox.
3. Where do i put the games once i've downloaded them and connected to my XBox?
4. Do i really HAVE to burn my games on to DVD's, or can i just upload them straight to my XBox from my computer?

Edit:
Took out a question

Anyway, ill answer what i can for now..

Glad your god your modded xbox.. You will love it.
I would suggest looking into Auto installer Deluxe v2.11 final too.. Smile
Its the best apps for xbox and the only dvd-r you will ever need.

No, Totally not true.. I believe all you have to do is turn off your xbox modchip and you should be fine with XBOX LIVE too.. You can turn off your modchip via the switches which should be on the X3..

Normally if you have a STANDARD (retail) xbox hdd you can only put them into E:\Games directory on your xbox.. It depends on what sized hdd you have.. If you have a larger hdd you can put on E:\, f:\. or G:\ games

btw.. I hope your talking about downloading your original games as we do not support software piracy on HQ.

All games can be run from the xbox hdd. Some games require patches if they dont boot correctly.. Mostly newer titles..

I use a program off the AID2 called 'DVD2XBOX' which copies my original discs to my xbox hdd directly..

Hope ive been some help...

enjoy the site and purchase some nice xbox games and support developers

Um, does an Xecuter2 have switches? I have this thing with a green light on the front of my XBox. According to my brother, he said it had 3 switches on it when he took a look at it. I haven't taken a look yet.

yes the x2 has a switchpanel on the front of the box

switch1: enable/disable chip
switch2: protect/unprotect (protect prevents accidental reflash attempts)
switch3: bios 1/2
