I am having a problem with my xbconnect. well its not really with the acctual xbconnect, when i enable my local area connection to connect to my xbox my wireless internet connection goes down and doesnt work so i cant use xbconnect!!! i used to have everything working fine but i recently erased my hard drive and started from scratch maybe the ip addresses are wrong or something i dont get it here is my ip address's
local area connection (xbox)
ip address 192.168.0.4
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.0.2

There was a thread about ip addresses that I never did follow up on recently and I still think the default gateway needs to be the same, so make them both 192.168.0.1. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

ok i got it i had to change the ip of my xbox and my lan and i changed them to 192.168.1.4 for the lan and 192.168.1.5 for the xbox

The wireless connection at 192.168.0.100 may be too high for some routers that are older. Might think about dropping it to below 192.168.0.50 _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th
