With the installer Disc, it still does the same thing :/
With the FTP, I still have to find out, how to get it running.

And it works
Thank you all so much for your help!!
I.... I just blow the Disc Drive I think... I riped one Game with DVD2Xbox and now it doesn't read any disc... why... why me? xD
I have to edit it again. So, most of the games don't work, like Midtown Madness... it Starts the game and then it stops.
Blood Wake works normal.
Battlefront 2 isn't even recognized.
I have a stock Xbox here and there the games work without any problems.

Swap the DVD drive from the working Xbox into the modded console.
Does the different DVD drive work on the modded Xbox?
The Xbox's DVD drives are swappable between different consoles unlike the hard drive which is locked with a unique password generated with a key stored on the motherboard and the hard drive's model and serial number. Thus, pairing a particular hard drive with a specific motherboard. The DVD drive has no such protections to prevent swappiing another Xbox's DVD drive into a different one.

The other thing to try of course is to FTP the games direct to the Xbox rather than using the now increasingly problematic Xbox DVD drives to play from original or burned discs.
Save your DVD drives for important uses ie. softmodding/installer/rescue discs.
