Hi, how do Xbox support radio, I want at some station to listen to every day.

Internet radio, also known as internet streaming, is a digital music service transmitted over the Internet using radio channels. These can be downloaded directly to a personal computer or used with an ordinary CD player. Broadcasting over the Internet is commonly called webcasting because it isn't transmitted publicly through traditional radio channels. Instead, it is sent in chunks over the Internet and can be accessed by any user that has an Internet connection.

For those who would like to listen live to radio online for free, there are many web sites and programs that will allow users to do just that. Most of these services use a free application that can be downloaded onto a user's computer. In order to use the software, a user must first register for an account at the service provider. Once this is done, all that a person needs to do is start the radio station by clicking "listen now" and then select a radio station from a list of available ones.

There are a number of benefits to listening to internet radio online. Unlike regular radio, online radio stations are much easier to navigate and do not require listening to commercials. In addition, online radio stations rarely feature commercials; they instead play music according to the listener's preferences. Another great benefit of listening to internet radio is that many of them offer advertisements during the shows, which listeners can normally tune out. Overall, listening to free online radio stations is a great way to enhance one's travel or vacation experiences.

As far as I know, there is no radio support for the og xbox i could be wrong maybe someone else knows if there is but you could add music to Xbmc or even your regular dashboard and just listen to music that you download to your console.

XBMC supports playback of audio streams using Shoutcast. It's been a long time since I've used it. I believe there were other streaming services/protocols supported too.

However, I don't believe XBMC supports the HTTPS protocol that most sites now use to stream audio.
