I've followed your suggestion Scarface, checking the component and all the cables and connectors are okay, and no loose. HD do not clicks, it makes the the reading noise as i load a game, but after a sec all it gets quite.

try hard resetting the console by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox One until it turns off. Once it reloads, the dashboard should appear. ... Once the console is back on, reconnect to Xbox Live manually, and that should keep the dashboard in view and fix the issue tomzpotmobdro

I'd go with what SPPV suggested. It look like an old softmod, the HDD is locked and the BIOS shown is a retail one but you do need to check and confirm that it is first.

Download Babylon and install it on your PC, then run it. Choose XBOX-DVD Installer. This will generate an ISO file; burn it to a DVD-R at 8x speed. Once burned, insert the disc into your XBOX, turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. If it boots up, navigate to File Manager and capture screenshots of the E and C drives. Post them so we can provide guidance on how to best resolve the issues with your XBOX.
