RC2 PC is great for cabinets and people with crappy computers. Unlike MAME this does not require a Core2Duo and 2GB RAM minimum. It can run on some of the CRAPPIEST hardware known to man including single core P4 with 512MB RAM and integrated Inhell video
XBOX vs PC
WARNING
There is an unauthorized leaked version (KIxxx1.2u1) floating around. It was taken from a BETA Penny Ops build I did and has a limited front end so pretty much useless without Penny Ops and just a waste of time to download

No worries, its been at least 4 or 5 years since Ive been around here. KIxxx is actually my first emulator. Took me over 2 years to do the updates. Was very happy with the result. This build can run KI2 in 720P and hold over 50 FPS on the intensive stages like Jago and Spinal when the old builds were lucky to pull 30-40 FPS at 480i on those stages. And thats most likely as good as it will get. The only improvement I was able to do over that was when I stripped out the front end which does free up a few MB of RAM but you lose everything. No control over video, dip and audit settings etc. Which is pretty pointless

I wonder how that would run on my DreamX Xbox... When i finally get everything unpacked and move I will make sure to check it out.
I know it works OK on XBOXs that have the 128MB RAM upgrade but Ive never gotten any feedback from users with an upgraded CPU. Normally homebrew can handle the higher clock rate since its not software locked to 733Mhz like games are and "should" work without any kind of patching.
Always wanted a Dreambox but by the time I could afford one they had stopped making em. And now people want 6 pints of blood and your first born for em if you can even find a real one and not one of the "Trusty" or "UK" upgrade XBOXs (which go for an arm and a leg as well)
