I been trying to install XBMC using XBMC Installer 3.2.2 but after about 35-45% (not sure) it gives me an error. Its a certain skin and when I look at the LOG the file looks like it says French, then has some weird characters. Not sure if its a problem with the burn or what, but Id really like to pimp this box out. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have the space on E for it. The XBMC thars included extracts to about 1.4GB. If all else fails extract the ISO with CXBOX-Tools then extract the XBMC.zip file and FTP it to your XBOX
You can also run it via HDD if you are worried about disc or burn quality. Extract the ISO and FTP it to the root of F. Replace the config.xml with the one in the icons folder and click defaut.xbe.

I removed some of the skins and FTPed to my Box and now it works. I would like to note though that some of the plugins/scripts don't work for me, sadly.

Its a problem of people not having enough room for it so when they hit install XBMC it errors part way through. 1.4GB of space is required, and will usualy error (due to space) during the extraction of the skins since like 1.2GB of the XBMC files are skins. Most plugins require configuring before use. Some may have been discontinued sinceI released as well since its been about a year or so since release.

I defiantly had enough space, I looked at the disc afterwards and I think it was either dirty or scratched, but the one skin in question had "odd" characters when I looked in the error log.

Did you manipulate the ISO in anyway Yung? No weird chraters should hve shown up. Youve seen enough vids of it and people use it over at TiZ to know thts just fuc%ed
