It seems your chip needs to be programmed with the Xecuter FlashBIOS. To do that you would need to buy a programmer for the chip.
Everything about your ship seems normal apart from the mod not being on when you press eject. When you press eject on mine, the light is blue.

It was a wrong cable!
I need a "Normal" Cable to flash the chip first.
I think it is correct or not?
EJECT disableds the Chip
Iīve found a original scartcable and then i got a pic, but flashing wonīt work.
IE is loading and nothing happens...
Its a V1.6 with SAMSUNG MEMORY is there something to do specially?
BIOS from C.\ wonīt work too...

For 1.6 Xboxes, you need to rebuild the original LPC, which requires soldering to other parts of the mobo.

This is why i have a Xapt3r!!!
I can open the IP-Adress in I.E. and then selecting the BIOS and by pressing "Upload and flash" it seems that nothing happens!!!

O.K.
It took a while...
Now BIOS 3294 is running.
I have a new Question now:
My XBOX was softmodded - is still softmodded.
So XBMC is installes in E:\DASHBOARD\default.xbe.
What to do now?

I'm not sure what you are asking.
If you already have it softmodded, why do you want it hardmodded as well?

You can enable the LCD in XBMC's settings.

Hold down the white button when the Xbox is starting up and a menu should appear if you are using an X3 BIOS. You can configure all of your settings there like flubber colour, in game reset, LCD text and dashboard location.
Also, your dashboard has to be in a drive and not in a directory. For example you can't have this:
E:\XBMC\default.xbe
F:\Apps\dashboard\xbmc.xbe
It has to be like this:
E:\xbmc.xbe
F:\default.xbe

OH!
Not good...
It doesnīt look good on the XBOX HDD when XBMC is installed directly to E...
Is there a way i can use a shortcut?
Maybe on C: i install a shortcut which refers to E:\Dashboard\default.xbe?
But how can i do that?
I can boot up the XBOX without the chip to xbmc - thanks that there is a softmod - so FTP will work

I don't know about shortcuts. I have never used them. I'm sure you can download one somewhere. I might have one. If I do, I will upload it in a ZIP file.
