Just thought i'd share some pictures and a video of my new custom cocktail arcade machine with 26" LCD monitor. Check it out (pic and video attached)..
Sorry about the dark video and photos but i will get some better ones shortly.. Its like 2am, ive been playing too much.. hahah
I had been working in my spare time trying to build my own mame cabinet for many months and never got time, but then i met a guy on the internet who hooked me up with just about everything i needed info wize and then designed me a custom cabinet. Everything is custom, 26" LCD, harnesses etc etc. I will ofcourse be modding it further and further to my only liking.
I think i have seen similar cabinets (with the artwork i have) but they are 21" cabinets, the guy who helped me is about to put some up on ebay soon (cabinet only obviously).. you can then build your own cabinet!
I think he is going to be asking around $1000-1300 for the cabinet alone. I will give everyone more links when i have time

- Samsung 26" (66cm) LCD Screen

Very nice brings back memories of my old Raiden 2 cabinet I threw an XBOX into, mainly just ran xbox and nintendo emus , and replaced the arcade controls with the xbox controllers encased in flexipipe like at the displays for consoles in stores. Did a little cutout at the front to access the power and eject and dvd drive. Never was able to get the whole coin apparatus to work with the XBOX though which would have been realy cool
This was it before I was finished, ended up selling it to a arcade collector for a pretty penny

im still looking into some more software for my cabinet and found a cool new project that came out last year sometime (well in a reliable format)
Here is a video of what i would like to have in the end with the mame software. At the moment im running another configuration but we will soon see how difficult it is i guess. another 12 months probably lol
