It should be fairly immediate, however it does have some curing time. I think it goes something like leave your xbox on for a day, turn it off for a day, turn it on for a day and then off for a day again. I think that will cure it. _________________

Just using the XBOX as normal will cure it. You don't need to leave it on all day for a day, just use as normal. There may not be much of a change though as the XBOX cooling system is the best ive seen in a gaming console. which makes me wonder why the 360 has so many heating issues?
any news if it's worth it or not?
