This the first problem i'v had a problem with a game. I burned it on a dvd-r, which works on all my other games. I patched it with craxation, i just cleared my cache. None of those worked, Basically the game freezes and theres a terrible sound.

Sounds like you are missing some files and just need to pop the disk in and do a recopy of the disk.

yup yup,
but before you do that just boot the game using the DVD-R and try and get past that point.. Im hoping its not a bad .iso.. If it works from the dvdrom drive then proceed to recopy the disk to the hdd..
make sure you are runnning the latest dvd2xbox as well.. If you have AIDeluxe you should be right.
