If that fails to help rebuild the HDD with just the F drive since the HDD is only 160GB there is no need for the G partition.

Well... I rebuilt with just F Drive and still have the issue of some XBE's rebooting the dash.. it says loading (XBE) then it goes black and goes right back to dash main menu.
No idea what it could be other than the HDD issue...

If cleaning that cache did not help then im at a loss here, if all the Apps are in the APP folder and some will boot but not others then my last resort would be to remove the non launching APPs and replace them via FTP and make sure the APPs come from a different source.

Thanks for all your help, I'm thinking I'll wait to get a new HDD. Tried burning a game to HDD and that wouldn't even load.
At least I know that i can use the AID disc and get up an running from here on in.
