Hi Webmasters and Flash Gamers,
Im please to annouce the latest version of my pnFlashGames module is finally here.. Get your copy pnFlashGames of v0.4++ in the downloads section of Xbox-Hq.Com..
The module for phpnuke supports well over 200+ hi-score flashgames.. I am now looking into multiplayer capabilities for the module too so you can chat to other plays while playing them for a hiscore online!
You will find many classic 80's flash games and newer games available for download from my website or the main pnFlashGames.Com website..
Nearly all games are free and have hi-score capabilities..

Flash Games Module:
- HiScore intergration using the pnFlashGames Component v1.0
- HiScore intergration using the pnFlashGames Component Older Versions
- All pnFlashGame enabled games will now work with phpnuke Flash_Games module
- Anonymous users scores do not get saved.
- Add Comments for each game (100%)
- Displays Comments for each game (100%)
- Displays Active Gamers (100%)
- Displays Detailed Staticstics (100%)
- Added Xbox-Hq Flash Games Module Logo + pnFlashGames in the footer of Flash Module. (100%) (this must not be removed ever)
- Play Commercial Games (valid license key and domain name needed)
- Send to a Friend Option to compete for hiscores with all your friends
- Displays Games Rating while browsing games
- Added View ALL Games page with detailed information
- Sort the VIEW ALL GAMES page anyway you like by clicking the A/D links.
- Added popup script so users can choose to have game in a pop (no detailed info)
- New Block added Displays top 10 scores over all games
- Fixed the theme finally to work and look good on all websites... I have collected alot of themes of guys who have had problems and am no pretty damn confident it will be nearly perfect on all sites. Please contact me if this is still a issue.
- New Block FlashGames-Arcade.php is a center block which has alot of info about whats going on in your flash games module. It shows active users, latest games etc etc.
- Each category shows 15 games per page.. This is much nicer then viewing 30 games scrolled down the entire page when browsing the categories..
- Sort games when viewing via category ASCENDING or DESCENDING
- My Favorites fully functioning
- Popup window now available to play game in its own window<br>
- Hi-Scores fixed to sort correctly eg. If highest score wins or lowest score..
- Added bronze icon for 3rd place and all others who get high scores
+ Search function added.. You can now search by name, author or description
+ Per page functions added to let the user choose how many games per page
+ Multiple page functions install onto all pages.. Sorting, Per Page etc etc
+ Leaderboard beta now working with this release. If a player gains a 1st 2nd of 3rd postition they will be credited with points in the leaderboard..
+ New Leaderboard Blocks available to show current rankings
+ New Leaderboard page showing top 100 and all time best users
+ All time best leaderboard added
+ Admin can edit/delete games by using the edit functions on any page of the module
+ Arcade Statistics block to show overall statistics to flashgame users.
+ DATABASE CHANGE: Score is now saved as a float instead of a INT. This will allow the scores to be more acurate for those games which use decimal points in their scoring system.
+ popup window icon added instead of just text
* Play Java Games
* my buddies
* affiliate tracking.. Allow other websites using the phpnuke XBOX-HQ FlashGames module to send visitors to us that will be tracked.. We will also send traffic back to their games module.. More like a topsite but for the phpnuke module only. (great for new sites needing traffic)
* banners admin to display banners in the flashgames module. You will be able to sell advertising space and place banners throughout the module.
Flash Games Admin Interface:
- install main hiscore tables in phpnuke (+ samples) (100%)
- Admin can delete any comment while browsing module (100%)
- install active gamers (activeusers) tables in phpnuke (100%)
- add/edit/delete any game
- add/edit/delete any category
- UPload new swf games, screenshots or cat images via admin module (http)
*make sure your CHMOD the upload folders on your server.. FULL READ/WRITE.
- Fixed Admin module so only users who are SUPERUSER or are allowed access to the Flash_Games module via the 'Edit Admin' Admin Module. It was allowing users who have admin access to the downloads section to obtain access. (my bad)
- Laid out the admin section so its much easier to use
- Admin can turn on/off comments, statistics page, rating games from admin module.
- Fixed table problems as mentioned by many users.
+ Reset Hiscore function will copy best scores to all-time best hiscores and then reset the leaderboard in the same way copying the top10 leaderboard users to the all-time best leaderboard.
+ Upgrade from V0.3++ to v0.4++
Known Bugs:
None that i could find but remember im only a one man band. Im typing php code on one hand and with my foot im making flashgames and running the HQ website. (if you know what i mean) If you find some bugs please report them in the FlashGames Project Forum on HQ.
Anyway, I hope to see some of you donating towards this evolving project.. Im doing a alot of hard work here and all PHPNUKE owners will benefit!

Anyway, the only real thing missing in the latest release of the VIP Version are just same language items need to be added.. My plans are to have all the languages back up to 100% by next release.

Dont hurry with the no bugs
1. U forgot to fix the bug, where if the admin.php is renamed links וזונתגץונו are incorrect.
2. Leaderboard _FGAMES_WONDERINGHOW and _FGAMES_WONDERINGHOW2 are written directly and doesnt use the language file, but u may be know this. Also other words are not in the language file.
3. Thats all and keep up the good work.

yes but thats not a bug.. I just havent coded it yet. I still have to upgrade HQ to the latest nuke.. Im just waiting on a few releases before they iron out any probs..
Dont want to be swapping and changing all the time..
HQ is stable.
anyway, thanks for the input.. I know all about the language files but i wouldnt say they are bugs. Just trying to get it out ASAP!
btw.. NEXT RELEASE will have all language files and text fixed and i will look into the admin.php problem you talk about.. Keep bugging me too so i dont forget about that one. _________________ HQ Network:

I have downloaded the Platinum version and all is well, except the stats are not showing. I noticed that when I went into the admin section, supposedly added the databases, it says SUCCESS ! Yet I go into the database and the tables are not there. The guys live for stats

Have you got a URL?? So i can see your probs..?
No stats.. Do you men no hiscores?? Is that it??
Did you add the one line of code to your ROOT/index.php in your main PHPNUKE directory??
The the question is : is there a sql file that comes with the plus addition. The script that supposedly installs the tables, doesnt install all the tables needed.

What are version of nuke are you running mate??
Ill be updating and releasing a new version soon anyway.

We just added the new vip version and for some reason it wont save hi scores or let us enable it we are clankoao.com we are running nuke evolutin and I have tryed threw admin and everything to let it enable hi scores thanks

if the free version dont work on your site the VIP version isnt going to make much difference.
Ive tested all downloadable files and they work 100%. No other reports of users with corrupt files. You are the first in 3 years..

Nope i have tried the down load like 20 times and what i am getting when i install the free one is
Table nuke_flashgames_activeusers' doesn't exist !!!!!!! when i use the arcade Block,,, then i made a and installed the activeuser in my sql and i got module error !!!
so i looked it up and every one said to become a member here down load the vip one and it will go away,,,, well i cant down load it i have tried 20 times or more all the files dont down load with it some times some of them do but there is only one flash game in there no block no module's just emty folders when it dose down load ?????

What browwser are you using??
It worked for me first go in firefox...
I think you need to check out your browser.. Sounds like some issues there.. Maybe some spyware or something.
