Hi mate,
RM has created a BIOS BOOT CD and has uploaded it to our VIP DOWNLOADS sectoin..
Just look for the category called 'BIOS BOOT CD'..
Then download it and burn to CDRW/DVD-R (whatever works on your xbox)..
Im sure it will flash then you will be able to Boot backups, dashboards, and our XBOXHQ AUTOINSTALLER!

your very close mate
It sounds like a media problem to me..
Just burn your DVD-R/CDRW at 1x (or the slower possible)
Im sure you will get it soon mate,
You have the right bios now your xbox just needs to read the disc.
Hey, did this solve the problem as had some bad advice from team xecuter firstly then when I described how I solved it some twat told me that this is explained in every tutorial - just wish I could find that for me and every other person who has posted a problem with flashing the bios with this chip for the first time!
