Hi, I really appreciate any help...
My Xbox is moded and I have been very happy with it. However, just recently, for no good reason, my Xbox won't boot up the dashboard anymore! Instead, it goes into the original Xbox start up menu without any error indicating why the Dashboard could not boot up. Note, I can still access the harddrive to look for Saved Games, so, I know my harddrive is not dead. Does anyone know why and how can I fix it? Many thanks!

We need more info mate.. What modchip is fitted to your xbox?
What dashboard did you have working before it started going back to the normal M$ (microsoft) Dashboard..

To be honest with you, I don't know anything about the mod chip and dashboard version. It was all done by my friend. However, he is unreachable at the moment (in the middle of re-location) and I just got Halo 2...so, I cannot wait for him to ask this question...
How can I find more details about the mod chip and the dashborad version in my current situation?
However, I can give a bit more info on how the problem surfaced. I was using the "tray" button over ten times to warm-boot the Xbox. Then, at about the 11th time, the problem happened. And since then, doesn't matter it was a cold or warm boot, the problem won't go away...
