I'm very surprised after my sucsessful xbox hd upgrade my xbox won't load xbox live enabled games like Halo 2(Original) and Burnout Reveng or Unreal Championchip 2(these two on HDD) i already tried to recover the original xbox dashboard with evox slayer's auto.installer but the problem remains...
Halo 2 - The game loads well untill it shows "press start to continue" i press start and it complitely freezes and does nothing...
UC 2 - It loads well like Halo 2 but when it is doing the first loading screen after loading it freezes on the loading screen and does nothing too...(i already tried to load the unpatched file)...
Burnout Revenge - When I go to "play games loaded on HDD" and select Burnout Revenge it shows the loading screen of the dashborad and does nothing...
Can you help me???
P.S. - I never played on xbox live or did something with xbox live so it can't be banned or something like it...

Try running the disc you burned the games from and see if it works might just be a bad copy to the hdd.

I already tougth that but games like halo 2 that i've bought doen't work too.... here's a big problem.... OMG!!! i don't know what to do... my forza motorsport doesn't work to because wenh he tries to load any profile it freezes...

Try backing up all you save files to your pc and remove them from the xbox run the game if it works then you need to use a re-signer tool you can get it here http://konsolenprofis.de/downloads/download.php?id=704 this will let your new hdd run your save file.
I think this will fix your prob guy good luck.

my games now start after I deleted/backup all my UDATA and TDATA(i dind't know if they would work with TDATA in the HDD so for prevent I did a backup of everything) but my burnout revenge didn't start working(no problem i'll burn it(can you get me a good tuturial to burn xISO with Vista O.S.? (you can skip this)(I was good in burning but after I crack up my xbox I stopped and I forgot almost everything about xISO burning(the rest(how to mod, etc...) stills alive), after a year of stand bye I got a big idea and I got my xbox working again(but now with a 20Gb HDD))(start reading again)
I don't know how to work with the program Ilook to that thing and I don't know well what I have to do to re-sing the save files..., after reading the tuturial that comes with the program, changing the file that needs the hdd key, etc. HLP ME!!!

Ok you kind of all over the place so ill start with the hdd lock here is what you need to set that up.
First ftp your xbox so you can see all of the folders. Next open up c:/backup folder. Now open the hddinfo.txt file. You will see a number at the very bottom like this: a1 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 00 12 13 14 15 16. Take this number and break it down like: a1112233445566778899001213141516 . Now you have your xbox hdd key.
Now that you have your xbox hdd key you need to open the xsavsig directory folder(where ever you installed it) and open the xbhddkey.ini file, and insert your xbox hdd key where it says (hddkey=).
Now that you have put in the hddkey you want to copy your game save info to the resign file (the save info will look like this.)
If you put it all in you run the XSavSig and the game you just enterd will now show up in the Sign: list.
Enter the location of your save back up whare it says file:
If the current and calculated slot dont match then click apply that will patch it for you.

OOOaaaaaaah.... It will give much work I've lots of games and Lot's of files... there's no easier program to do this...
list my all save games will give me much work....
If there's not I think it's better to beat again the games(I'm in holydays, so no problem...)....

with xbmc you cand go to your game list press the white button and select update trainers it will get you alot of trainers and install them for you.

The save signer is how you change your saves i have never seen any other way to do this.

when I said that to you see with your contacts etc tell them the situation for them to create a sipmlier program or to update the program with all the games that exist now... do you understantd?? I think you know the right people to do this!

I just use the app i have no way to talk with the programmers.
I think that this project is in finel build and no updates are to be made from here on out.
But i agree it is at best a basic app.
