Have a read through the AID manual here and see it you find anything useful.
I found it a little hard to understand what you wanted to know, so if you explain more clearly, it makes it easier for us to help you _________________

Is the xbox green?
Got any pics?
The XDK should be installed onto the b:\ partition of your xbox more then likely.. And no you wont be able to ftp into the harddrive.. Its more for transferring debug code on the fly i believe.
You can convert your debug kit into a retail box once you have the hacked BFM .BIN installed.
Of course it is worth noting that Live games WILL NOT connect to Live when played in a debug kit as the debug will not be seen as a retail Xbox unless you flash the bios with a retail bios.
Since the eeprom data is blank on debug and dev kits. you need that eeprom data to connect to live since it contains the info needed to be recognized by the servers as a valid xbox. the debug kit does have a working eeprom chip so with the proper software, you can flash it with a valid eeprom dump from a retail xbox.
hey, but then again Im no expert.. Ive never used one, only read about them and turned my retail into a debug.
