I was going to buy a wii until they said it was going to be motion sensing. That totally turned me away from it, and i was right. I played my friends wii, hated it, i guess motion with games just isn't for me.
it can be a little iffy sometimes. shooters arent going to work for it...
its just the nintendo titles that have been good throughout the years is why i like it.

video cables arent necessary.
im looking for a good deal on a dvd drive.
