I was softmodding my xbox and after I install everything the xbox booted up to Xbox live setup screen and I can't get out of that screen, then I try reinstalling the whole using SID 4.5 but I seems as if I have lost all the files the games and SID installer, then I thought maybe I could use xboxhdm V1.9 but I have no access to my eeprom.bim file in my xbox( I did not back up the eeprom.bim file before I install SID 4.5) so my question in the current state that my xbox is. Is there a way for me to obtain the eeprom.bim file or is there orther way for me to fix this problem

Boy, you're in luck. Up until about 6-8 months ago, we would have told you your box is Fubar. BUT you can use XBHDM. Build your disc using MSDash C. That's all you need. Now follow these steps:
Get your xbox close to your PC. I'm talkin close enough that you can leave the power cable plugged into the xbox HDD and easily move it to where your PC's master IDE cable can plug into the xbox HDD.
Pop the XBHDM disc into your computer and turn it on with NO other Hard drives attatched. Before your bios boots (before the first beep, if your computer still does that) Hit the "pause/break" button at the top of your keyboard.
Open up the xbox and unplug the Power and IDE cable from the back of the DVD Rom ONLY. (You don't need to have the xbox hooked up to a TV, just have the AV cables plugged into the back so it can get the bios booted). Once the Xbox is situated comfortably, power it on and wait for the LED Ring to start flashing. Once this happens; UNPLUG THE IDE FROM THE XBOX HDD. Don't unplug the power cable. Just don't do it. Now plug your computer's IDE cable into the back of the Xbox HDD.
If you have to, now is a good time to enter the bios and set the CD ROM as your boot drive. Once this is done, let the computer boot and you should be greeted by XBHDM's main menu. Choose option 1, and then choose "Rebuild HDD from scratch" when Linux Loads. Answer yes to a few questions, and once it's done, power off your xbox. Your hdd should be all stock and good to go now.
What happened, you ask? When the xbox boots up, one of the first things it does is unlock the HDD, then check for the DVD-ROM. Upon doing this, it realizes there is no DVD rom attatched. So it gives an error 12. Which locks the boot process and keeps any other errors or programs from locking the drive back up. No EEPROM key needed for you! Just boot up and go.
That's the unabridged version of the tut I just gave you, with the full menu steps. If you need any more help, come on back. _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."
