OK, I've just come home and I feel particularly genourous and up for a bit of fun! For all you guys and gals out there with chipped Xbox's, I have a game to give away. Its Outrun 2 (the Full game in PAL format) and as its a copy, you know the score with unchipped Xbox's!
The first one to reply to this thread with the correct answer, simply wins the game and I'll send it out! Easy!
OK, here's the random question on music:
Which superb drummer drummed for both Steve Earle and Lynyrd Skynyrd?
Go....

LOL... Actually I believe it was Lieutenant Colonel George Custer of the Seventh Cavalry Regiment, U.S. Army. The Indians killed him and about 211 other soldiers that day. It is known as the battle of Little Bighorn AKA Custer's Last Stand.
Sry for the history lesson lol...u know Im messing with ya RM. ttyl _________________ SE Halo Xbox v1.4 :

I also hate to give a history lesson, but since I'm the only member of Xbox-HQ old enough to remember George Custer, I assure you that he was not killed as a Lt. Colonel. He was a General at the time of his death. _________________ The World's Most Awesome Xbox 360 Room

HA..leave it to my joke to create a history lesson!
Actually, if we have to get specific.....two hours before the Battle of Little Bighorn he got demoted to private first class for doinking a squaw.
At least that's what I read in Hustler.

After the Civil War ended in 1865, the Army dropped Custer to his regular rank of captain. He joined the Seventh Cavalry Regiment in 1866 as a lieutenant colonel. Custer won greater fame and made more enemies while fighting Indians in the southern Great Plains region and in the Dakota and Montana territories.
Thats out of my history books lol. He was a General at one time. The Army didnt re-promote him either. The battle of Little Bighorn was in 1876. _________________ SE Halo Xbox v1.4 :

He was INITIALLY appointed Lt. Colonel of the 7th in 1866. After President Grant, whom I voted for, relieved him of his duties, he took some heat & placed him back in charge of the 7th. Just prior to his death, on June 23, 1876, he received a wire (we didn't have email or instant messages back then) from General Phil Sheridan, informing him of his promotion. In an effort to save face, President Grant disavowed all knowledge of this promotion he had signed just days before. You won't read THAT in any textbook, but I ought to know! I WAS THERE! You whippersnapper! Come over here and I'll beat you to a pulp with my cane, gnaw you to shreds with my dentures, then use your last remaining fibers in place of my morning dose of Metamucil! _________________ The World's Most Awesome Xbox 360 Room

Jesus....you are a old bastard then lol Lets see, Grant was nominated president in 1868 right? Well in order for you to have voted for him you would have to have been 18 at that time correct?(not sure of the legal age at that time). Well it is now 2004.
So lets do the math :
2004
-1868 = 136 years old, plus the 18 or so would make you 154 years old or so...give or take a year
Your right....it prolly wouldnt be in a text book, but at this time I have no text book, my classes are offline. Anyways I have my own library of over 8,000 or so books right now....various titles, some text books, most history and newer fiction titles, I'll never get to read them in my lifetime.
Note : I am not trying to disrespect you in anyway Xboxter....just a little fun both ways eh? lol ttyl.
