Oddworld Inhabitants and Ballistic Publishing announced today Oddworld: The First Ten Years, The Art of the Oddworld Universe 1994 - 2004. The book will feature a stunning compilation of images from the first ten years of Oddworld Inhabitants—from Lorne Lanning’s vision of the first Oddworld hero in 1994 to the present.
The book will be an extraordinarily high quality fine art production depicting the story of the art and vision of Oddworld and how the company approaches the art/design process.
It will also show how the design process maintained the highest standards of creativity and quality while evolving a coherent universe populated with characters that expressed rich and unforgettable personalities.

Oddworld: The First Ten Years will be presented in the same high-quality format as Ballistic Publishing’s other CG art titles like the EXPOSÉ series. The book will be available in Fall 2004.
