What's new/fixed:
- More error handling
- Better Icons
- Bios manager hideable

- Saves state (bios manager visible/hidden) into setup.ini
- Bios size will be adjusted before flashing i.e. if bios is 256k it will be copied to 4x256k (1024k)
- Cleans up .bat files when closing

Changes planned:
- Save state in registry
- Fixing support for special characters
